We are a debt collection agency in Pasco, Washington and recover the monies on past due accounts from medical, retail, utilities, rentals, debts owed to public entities, traffic citations, dishonored checks and other consumer receivables.

Demographics


Washington Collectors, Tri-Cities Inc. has been a member of the collection agency community since 1958, and provides primary coverage in Washington and Oregon, with affiliates throughout the United States and Canada.

Our client base consists of hospital, medical and dental accounts, other professionals such as attorney firms and accountants, governmental entities, utilities, retail merchants, dishonored check collections and commercials collections.

The Team

Frank Lamb:

Frank has been with the agency for 46 years. His prior background was With Sears-Roebuck & Co. as a regional credit manager; The Bank of California; and he also served on the Police force for the City of Yakima.

Frank earned his fellowship in the Society of Certified Consumer Credit Executives in 1983. He has served on the Board of Directors and held most every office in the Tri-Cities Association; and an active member of The Washington Collectors Association, having held various positions, including President. Currently, he is served on the Board for Trios Foundation Fundraising. He has been a National Legislative Director for the  Association of Credit and Collection Professionals and on the Finance Committee for Our Lady of Lourdes Health Center. He has been recognized with numerous awards and distinctions over his career in the credit industry.

Frank has been active in the legislative arena on the State and National level. His community service affiliations and efforts include support of the local schools and the sports programs; the Tri-Cities Cancer Center; Hospice; SARC; Boys and Girls Clubs; Kiwanis; Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.

Marcie Grace:

Marcie brings 36 years of collection experience in the collection industry to Washington Collectors. She currently handles and oversees our Collection Department, Client Servicing Departments, which includes Sales, Bankruptcies, & Data Entry.

Marcie has earned certification in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA); Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA); seminars in Supervisors and Management, Customer Service and Bankruptcy.

A large part of Marcie's focus is to ensure privacy compliance in handling accounts and support documentation and daily interaction with clients utilizing our services in the collection process. Marcie has participated in the Washington State Dental Association and assisting with Washington Collectors Association Committee.

Jeana Mathews:

Jeana brings 18 years of collections experience to Washington Collectors. She currently handles our client-serving department which includes, court downloads, data entry, and client questions.

Jeana has earned certifications in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FTDPA), Fred Pryor Seminars for house insurance portability and accountably act seminars, and assistant HIPPA seminar and assistance conference. A large part of Jeana's focus is to ensure privacy compliance in handling all data professionally with her daily interactions with our clients.
